Stars
Stars are celestial bodies that heat and light the planets in a system. A lot of things depend on stars. Thousands of stars cover our galaxy and when you look at our star, the Sun, you will see that it appears quite small. Throughout the universe, there are ones larger than the Sun and also ones much smaller than the Sun. Star can be seen on most nights. Star gazing is best done in the country or in a town where there aren't many city lights. Some stars are only a few hundred light years away meanwhile others are thousands of light years away. A star is a huge ball of plasma. It is usually made of hydrogen and helium. Stars also gives off light. The closest star to Earth is the Sun.
